Because we haven't done the survey at your home, we can not give you the final quotation. But we can offer you one according to our former familiar case for your reference.
Survey
On the date and time we appointed, we'll be there doing the survey to know the actual volume, giving you the specific introduction of the whole local moving process, answering your some questions and worries.
Actual quotation
By taking the volume we surveyed, your case actual situation, our cost into our consideration, we'll update you our formal quotation for you.
Contract
After you agree to go with us, we'll sign the local moving contract at least in advance one week.
Moving
On the moving date and time you wanted, our truck, labours with supervisor will be there on time. Our workers will pack carefully with our long experience in this industry to keep your items safe. At the same time, our supervisor communicate with you, prepare list of articles, and check actual number of packages and volumes. After packing, every items will be loaded into our truck and locked. Then our supervisor will make a meeting time at new home. After the articles arrive at your new home, the number of articles will be checked again before they are unpacked. Then we will install furniture in a simple way, put all articles in place, clean the site, take away the rubbish, and leave your home only after you are satisfied.
Feedback
No matter which part you are not satisfied, please let us know immediately, we'll listen to you patiently and try to figure it out. If it does exist the damage or missing, we'll definitely take the responsibility on the contract we signed. If you bought the insurance, we will assist you to go claim.
